Josh Holmes – Director
Josh has been around Raised Flooring all his life and for the last 6 years, has been Co-Managing Director od Raised Access Floor Installaitons. Committed to his clients, Josh has an established track record of providing a complete End to End service to ensure every project is delivered to meet our customers needs and expectations.
He has an extensive knowledge of raised access floor systems, from a variety of manufacturers and particularly specialist knowledge of obsolete systems and can provide impartial advice to clients on best practices when working on these.
As a director, Josh is very hands on and will work alongside clients in order to provide competitive rates and ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard.
Stuart Wastie – Director
Stuart has worked within the access flooring industry for 25 years. His background in the raised flooring industry began as an Access Floor Installer and Stuart found that he was able to cross transfer these skills to a management position running raised flooring projects across the UK and internationally.
Stuart was Senior Projects Director for A+B Installations since 2014 until Raised Access Floor Installations ltd took up the mantle following the retirement of A+B Installations ltd and is now a Managing Director of RAFI ltd and oversees all works in Southern England and key projects nationally and internationally.
Through his commitment and passion to deliver projects for his clients, Stuart will manage every clients journey with Raised Access Floor Installations to ensure complete satisfaction at completion.
He has a wealth of technical knowledge and experience gained through many years of providing the utmost professional service as an Installer, spending many years working on landmark projects in Hong Kong and Asia before transferring his skill set to management. Stuart has delivered some of the largest installations of raised floor within the United Kingdom.
Emma Holmes – Finance Director
Emma has worked in the business since 2020. Formerly from an education background, Emma has a keen eye for detail and she manages all of our customer accounts and purchase ledgers.
Her skills as a teacher allow her to ensure that all of our accounts are kept up to date and with her attention to detail ensures no stone is left unturned.
Working alongside our expert accountancy team, the financial strength of Raised Access Floor Installations has allowed us to build up great relationships with both our suppliers and customers. Her relaxed demeanour in a somewhat chaotic industry has enabled Raised Access Floor Installations to build trust amongst our suppliers which then enables the company to operate at its optimum.
Colin Edward – Senior Contracts Manager
Colin Edward has worked in raised flooring for the last 25 years. He is a qualified joiner and has exceptional eye for detail. Colin has worked as a Raised Flooring Installer for many Notable firms including Hewetson, Atlas and Kingspan Access Floors. Before making the leap into management, Colin was lead supervision on all projects for A+B Installations and RAFI ltd ensuring all projects were installed to the highest quality with ensuring his teams were operating to the codes and practises of health and safety that is expected.
Colin, now holds NVQ Level 6 and SMSTS. As a contracts manager, Colin operates within a broad role on all of our live projects and is often a familiar face to our clients site teams with him carrying out initial site surveys and managing the ongoing and ever changing world of construction on a daily basis.
As a contracts manager, Colin routinely completes our inhouse quality audits on project by project basis to ensure that all of our installations are compliant and the standards of work never fall below the expectations of our customers or our own premium standards.
Andy Wakefield – Senior Project Manager
Andy Wakefield has worked within the raised floor industry for many years and has a keen eye for detail from his time as an operative and supervisor on site.
Since he has joined RAFI, Andy has brought with him a wealth of experience. Based near London, Andy assists in running all projects in Central London, the southeast and beyond.
Andy’s background as a Raised Floor installer means he has very high expectations of the quality and does not settle for anything less for our clients. His years of project supervision and management also mean that Andy, is capable of ensuring that RAFI can deliver projects on time and within budget.
