No.4 Hardman Square, located within the Spinningfields area of Manchester city centre was a complete installation of new JVP medium grade access floor system to all main office areas.

The project was main contracted by one of our key clients whom, over a number of years we have worked hard to cultivate a fantastic working relationship with to demonstrate our value as a contractor on their projects.

The builds design and spherical shape meant that this project required some detail and thought in regards to providing an aesthetically pleasing finish and the use of appropriate bridging supports on perimeters to ensure pedestals were mounted safely and compliantly.

Due to its prime location in Manchester city centre, we needed to work collaboratively alongside, other trades, the main contractor and the landowner to ensure all materials were brought in safely and with minimal disruption.

Upon completion of this project, we were able to come away satisfied that we had delivered yet another project on time and on budget.
