King Edward House

King Edward House in Birmingham proved to be one of our more difficult projects. The installation of the main floor plate were installed in a Gravity Laid Permaflor / Bathage BGM600 PSA medium grade raised access floor system on a Metal Floor pedestal understructure.

Some of the main difficulties included the necessity to complete areas on return visits due to a change in the main contractor however working alongside and in collaboration with our clients and partners and operating with the utmost professionalism on site we were able to complete the works to the highest possible standard.

We also undertook the Roof Terraces as part of these works and completed these Florim Ceramiche and Buzon’s A-ped range of non-combustible pedestals to ensure a safe and pleasing finish.
