Josh Holmes – Director

Josh has been around Raised Flooring all his life and for the last 8 years, had worked for A+B Installations ltd, predominantly dealing with sales, securing orders and Supply only.

For the last few years, Josh headed up all northern projects providing an End to End service for clients and working alongside surveyors and projects teams to deliver on time and with excellent quality and service.

Stuart Wastie – Director

Stuart has worked within the access flooring industry for 25 years. His background in the raised flooring industry began as an Access Floor Installer and Stuart found that he was able to cross transfer these skills to a management position running raised flooring projects across the UK and internationally.

Stuart was Senior Projects Director for A+B Installations since 2014 until Raised Access Floor Installations ltd took up the mantle following the retirement of A+B Installations ltd and is now a Managing Director of RAFI ltd and oversees all works in Southern England and key projects nationally and internationally.

Colin Edward – Contracts Manager

Colin Edward has worked in raised flooring for the last 25 years. He is a qualified joiner and has exceptional eye for detail. Colin has worked as a Raised Flooring Installer for many Notable firms including Hewetson, Atlas and Kingspan Access Floors. Before making the leap into management, Colin was lead supervision on all projects for A+B Installations and RAFI ltd ensuring all projects were installed to the highest quality with ensuring his teams were operating to the codes and practises of health and safety that is expected.

He now project manages nationwide and is an integral part of the service provided by Raised Access Floor Installations ltd by liaising with site teams, quality assurance and health and safety.

Emma Holmes –  Finance Manager

Emma is the newest member of the team at Raised Access Floor Installations ltd. She joined in January 2020 to oversee all accounts and bookkeeping. Previously, Emma worked as a teacher and has brought across her skills in organisation and attention to detail to ensure no stone is left unturned when dealing with the finances.
